Most enjoyable international library project: I believe that as the information world is getting smaller, the need for librarians around the globe to work together on projects and programs is becoming more and more critical. Global collaboration promotes understanding, mutual learning and professional enrichment. I have been very much enjoying my participation and contribution in the varied international programs of CALA (Chinese American Librarians Association), ALA, ACRL, and the CALA initiated UIUC-CALA partnership grant project, Think Globally, Act Globally, funded by the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
