Comic Creators #GetLibraryCarded

September is Library Card Sign Up Month! GNCRT is partnering with comics creators to help spread the word about the importance of having a library card.

Throughout the month, GNCRT will be featuring at least one new creator each day posing with their library card. Showcasing comic creators in this #GetLibraryCarded campaign spotlights the mutually beneficial relationship between creators and libraries in support of literacy, intellectual freedom, and creative expression - we are stronger together.

Follow @libcomix and @ALALibrary on Twitter and Instagram to see your favorite comics creators #GetLibraryCarded! This year’s participating creators include A.C. Esguerra (Eighty Days), George O'Connor (Olympians), Jennifer L. Holm (Turtle in Paradise), BonHyung Jeong (Kyle’s Little Sister), Robin Ha (Almost American Girl), David A. Robertson (Breakdown: The Reckoner Rises), MK Czerwiec (Taking Turns: Stories from HIV/AIDS Care Unit 371), Varian Johnson (Twins), and many more.
