Logistics and Hospitality

• Meetings will be held at the College of DuPage (Ill.). There will be numerous campus resources available to delegates including the bookstore, cafeteria, etc.
  
  
• Delegates and observers will be housed at the Holiday Inn Select in Naperville, IL.
  The Inn is a 10-minute drive from the College of DuPage.
  
  Shuttle service between the hotel and the college will be provided at designated times for those who do not drive.
  
  
• Special Conference Hotel Rate: $76.
  
  Attendees can make reservations directly with the hotel in a couple of ways:
  
  
  1. Call the Naperville Holiday Inn Select Reservations desk directly at 1-630-505-4900 or
     
     
  2. Send an e-mail to jennifer@naperselect.com or carrie@naperselect.com.
     
     

  
  In all cases, attendees should identify themselves as attendees of the American Library Association Meeting.
  
  The hotel does not have a shuttle to and from the airport.

  To/From O'Hare Airport: $26.00
  Additional Passengers:
  2 people - $20 per person
  3 people - $17 per person
  4 people - $16 per person
  
  To/From Midway Airport: $41.00
  Additional Passengers: $7 each additional person
  
  Rates subject to change after 11pm and on holidays.
  Rates subject to change to correction without prior notice.
  
  When you call, the agent will ask if you would like to share a ride. If you are traveling alone, and don't mind sharing a cab, this may save you some money.
