Composition
This new committee is to be composed of new leaders and potentially others at several levels of management to provide guidance and consultation. This committee was created in order to address the “pipeline” concern in which a decreasing number of people in the LIS field are interested in taking on leadership & management roles. This is a place for grad students and entry-level people to learn and get engaged.
