Core Board of Directors
Article V of the Bylaws states that the Board of Directors consists of the President, President-Elect, Past President, ALA Division Councilor, five Directors-at-Large, the chair of the Budget & Finance Committee, the chair of the Organization & Bylaws Committee, and the chair of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee. The Board of Directors may elect to have an ex-officio member in the role of an intern.
