Conference Registration FAQ

Need help remembering your login or resetting your password? Use our reset password feature, which will send a message to the email address in your profile. If you don't receive a message, check your spam filter, then contact Member and Customer Service at 1.800.545.2433, or email loginhelp@ala.org.

Annual Conference: To add items or change an existing registration, call CompuSystems, our registration company, at 1-855-326-8344.

All other meetings, events or conferences: To add items or change an existing registration, email registration@ala.org or call 1.800.545.2433, press 5 for Member & Customer Service.

Cancellations for all ALA events must be submitted in writing. (For cancellation deadline dates for a specific event, please refer to that event's registration form.)
