A Lesson from Germany: Serving Refugee and Immigrant Populations

Learn what three high-immigrant population city libraries in Germany are doing to serve immigrant and refugee populations. This experience and information is told through the perspective of a American librarian with low German language proficiency in an effort to empathize with American non-natives.
