National Institute Housing

Please note: There is a major sporting event in Buffalo the weekend of ALSC National Institute. Currently, the ALSC room has fewer than 20 rooms available (as of 7/16/2026) in our discounted block. Please check local prices for nearby hotels before registering, as **walkable** hotels outside the block are averaging $250-$300/night if departing on Sunday, 10/4. 

If there are no longer rooms available in the ALSC room block, the following hotels have competitive prices for the weekend of ALSC National Institute and are within walking distance of the Hyatt Regency and the Embassy Suites: 

• Hotel at the Lafayette (391 Washington St., Buffalo NY)
• Holiday Inn Express & Suites Buffalo Downtown (601 Main St, Buffalo NY)
