Join ALSC for the biggest night in #kidlit! ALSC is excited to celebrate this year's Medalists and Honorees with you. The evening will begin with a reception, followed by a seated dinner, and will culminate with the awards ceremony and speeches from this year's Medalists. Please note: this is a ticketed event. 2023 ALSC Charlemae Hill Rollins President's Program
Join ALSC for the 2023 Charlemae Hill Rollins President's Program, all about leadership! This program, featuring Dr. Ling Hwey Jeng, Ellen Oh, and Linda Sue Park culminates a year of focusing on leadership and leader development from ALSC President Amy Koester; the panel discussion will focus on supporting library workers, no matter their role or the time in their career, in seeing themselves as leaders and encouraging leadership in others. This interactive program will explore ways to identify and activate leadership skills and areas of potential at all levels of library work, as well as how academia, publishing, and #kidlit all overlap. It will also include space for connection, networking and reflection.
