The division acknowledges Friends of ALSC is a number of ways. Each of these reflect the overwhelming generosity that Friends of ALSC provides every year. By contributing at any of the levels below, Friends of ALSC donors are eligible for special recognition by the division.
Giving Categories
President's Circle - $1,000 and over
Gold Circle - $500-$999
Silver Circle - $250-$499
Notables' Circle - $100-$249
Friends' Circle - up to $99
Special Recognition
ALSC recognizes donations by the calendar year. Friends of ALSC will be acknowledged during the year of donation by:
- Special listing in ALSC's newsletter
- Special listing on the ALSC website
- Friend of ALSC conference badge ribbon
- Acknowledgement at the annual Newbery/Caldecott Banquet*
- Invitation to the VIP reception preceding the Newbery/Caldecott Banquet (President's Circle only)
*Donations made between January 1 and May 31 will be recognized at the same year's banquet;
Donations made between June 1 and December 31 will be recognized at the following year's banquet
