Midwinter Meeting or prior to Select recipient
Midwinter Meeting Report selection to ALCTS Board (and section executive committee as appropriate)
Immediately after Midwinter Notify recipient and award sponsor
February 15 Text of press release due to Executive Director
April 15 Text of citation due to Executive Director
