RBMS Conference Development Committee
Charge
To adopt a long-range view of conference planning activities, and applying that view to: 1) Set the direction of upcoming and future conference parameters by adjusting to the RBMS community’s needs, 2) Identify RBMS conference sites/hosts, and work with individuals and institutions to develop and submit proposals for review, 3) Make recommendations regarding proposal selection to the Executive Committee in a timely manner, 4) Serve as an agent of continuity by maintaining the Conference Planning Manual 5) Encourage program proposals for the ACRL Conference.
