I serve as the Associate Department of Library Services for the Georgia State University Clarkston Campus library. I believe what I contribute to my organization is change and a new way to think. In your own words

Not my words, BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE! Mahatma Gandi I believe libraries are an excellent resource for community development, connecting, and inspiring others, especially children. There is much to be done with EDI in how we recruit, hire, and retain talent, especially in leadership. We are the gatekeepers to knowledge, and we must be fair and consistent in our hiring practices.
