Charge

Research future listserv options, in coordination with ALA and ACRL developments as they arise, including ALA Connect options and an externally-hosted listserv.  Solicit feedback from STS listserv members regarding future options. Serve as the primary consulting body, as needed, regarding ALA and ACRL developments and opportunities for feedback.  Coordinate with the EDI task force chairs as needed regarding feedback opportunities. Prepare a report for Executive and Council with: Recommendations one or more future listserv replacement options in coordination with ALA and ACRL developments. Updated listserv ground rule. A summary of the task force's work and process. Review and update ground rules for the listserv and its replacement[s], as needed. Coordinate with the publisher/vendor task force to review and revise ground rules for listserv posts made on behalf of vendors or publishers.
