Six Month Report

This report will be sent to the Staff Liaison who will send a copy to the Chair of the Fyan Jury. Both must approve the report.

1. Narrative Report (1 or 2 pages)
   1. What activities have been completed?
   2. What remains to be done?
   3. What problems do you anticipate?
   4. How do you plan to overcome those problems?
   5. At this point in your work, what do you think the results will be?
2. Financial Report (1 page)
   1. Categories of planned expenditure (e.g., supplies, travel).
   2. Amount to be spent in each category.
   3. Amount spent to date in each category.
   4. Amount still to be spent in each category.
