Member Survey

Since 2010, and still ongoing, ALA’s Membership Office has conducted monthly surveys of members to provide an ongoing feedback mechanism for ALA leadership to follow the implementation of our strategic plans as well as provide insight into other member opinions.  The surveys will be sent from by email to members in the 6th month of their membership year and will be conducted on a third part service.  The American Library Association uses SurveyGizmo for our membership online surveys.  Replies will be kept confidential and used only in the aggregate.
