Community Guidelines for ODLOS Committees

ALA committees are a space for individuals to come together and examine work that can be done to advance the profession. During these conversations, all members are expected to create an inclusive and welcoming environment. To ensure that all voices are heard and respected, we ask that members adhere to the below guidelines:
