Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) Subcommittee
Charge
This subcommittee is re-established at least a year ahead of the scheduled reauthorization of the Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA), approximately every five years. Membership includes representation from COL, all interested ALA membership units and targeted stakeholders, such as the Chief Officers of State Library Agencies (COSLA) and the Urban Libraries Council (ULC). This subcommittee works to develop a consensus proposal for LSTA reauthorization of LSTA.
