Chapter Management Exchange

Chapter Management Exchanges are primarily open format meetings on the management topics of running an association. A exchange may open with a short presentation on a topic, then the floor will be opened to attendees to share about their association and connect with other chapter leaders in attendance. We hope to welcome Chapter Presidents, Councilors, staff, and other chapter board members to the exchanges. Topics can range from conference planning, secession planning, membership growth, board governance, finances or any other aspect of managing an association.

Please note: We do ask that this is a space for management topics only, advocacy and legislative topics may be discussed at the monthly State Legislative Chairs meeting.

To present or recommend a topic for a Chapter Management Exchange, please submit your topic and availability to the Chapter Relations Office.
