Board Effectiveness
Charge
The Board Effectiveness Committee monitors and reviews the effectiveness of the Board and develops, recommends, and implements activities and improvements to strengthen Board performance. The Committee will organize an annual review of the Executive Board Manual each fall and ensure that any necessary updates are completed and incorporated into the Manual before the Spring orientation sessions for incoming Board members.

Composition
The Board Effectiveness Committee shall consist of no more than four members. The immediate past president shall serve as chair. Board members must have completed at least one full year of service on the Board before being appointed to the Committee and shall serve a two-year term on the Committee.
