YALSA’s virtual mentoring program is undergoing a refresh with a new plan approved by the association's Board of Directors in January 2017.
As outlined in the proposal for the re-envisioning ,the updated program will provide YALSA members with both short-term and long-term opportunities for mentor and protege experiences and will connect mentors and proteges on an as needed basis.
Stay tuned for more informaiton on the updated program in the fall of 2017. Our goal is to match members who've identified a specific project or issue they need help with to an experienced member who can provide support and coaching as needed and for a specific period of time.
