Coding Camp Evaluation

This survey asks youth to consider the skills they gained during a library computational thinking camp along with how successful they thought their experience was overall.
This sample coding camp program evaluation can be individualized to meet the needs of any program. The evaluation form can be used to gather information from participants after they have completed a single camp session or a series of camp session and the collected data used to inform and improve future programs
