Title

Although Titles don’t display, the items order by label.  Use clear, descriptive labels on all content types to make selections easier. If you want a particular tab to come first in the display, leave a space in the title before typing the rest. screenshot of Add Content Feature Slideshow SlideIf you re-label tab titles after first publication, you have to re-save the Tab Group to update what displays.

Another trick is to include the number of the slide in the title if you want all of them to display in a specific order.

Finally, include the size of the image in the name, (Normal, or LARGE), so it is easier to select the slides you need for a particular slideshow.

Body

Leave blank for homepage slides. You can add text to the body, but it covers about 40% of the image. Usually your image contains the text that you want to display.  Just be sure to include alternate text when inserting any images.

Slide Link

This is the link that you want visitors to go, if they click on the Feature Slideshow Slide.  Remember if it is within ala.org, use a relative path, meaning you don't need to include the www.ala.org, but you will need to use the leading slash with the microsite and rest of the path you want the user to arrive at.

If you are pointing them OUTSIDE of the ALA website, then you can paste the entire URL or an absolute path.

Text Orientation

The orientation of Bottom is the default.  Be sure to review once you have completed your Feature Slideshow container, when reviewing the final results.
