Web-based software application that is only accessible within the ALA offices via Internet Explorer. Offices outside of ALA, need to access eTime via Citrix. Access to eTime is not immediate, and it may take one to two payroll cycles before you are given login credentials. Either John Cuculich or Marc Malitz of the Payroll Department will notify you when your account has been set up. ADP eTime is administrated by the PayRoll Department not ITTS. New hire orientation for eTime is offered every Friday that is a payday from 2:00 to 2:30. Please check the training tab in the KMS for exact dates. ALA's collaborative/professional networking site for the library community. All ALA official groups as well as user-created interest communities are represented. http://connect.ala.org. Association Management System: ALA’s central database which houses & archives all information about our past & present membership & their activities. It also links with our association financial software. Additional training is required before one can receive a login and password to access iMIS. iMIS is a network application which can be located on your desktop and all programs menu as iMIS10>iMIS Live.

ALA divisions and offices offer asynchronous continuing education courses to ALA members. The ALA Online Learning Continuing Education site is located at http://classes.ala.org and is configured with an open source Learning Management System called Moodle. Outlook Web Access: Allows you to check email when outside of the office or in the office if you are not at your workstation where the MS Outlook Client is installed. http://owa.ala.org
