MEMBERS_PRESENT = Members present: Christy Donaldson (chair), Monika Antonelli, Amy Chang, Amy Harmon, Maud Mundava, Marina Salcedo, Rachael Stark, and Leanne Wells

MEMBERS_ABSENT = Members absent: Ann Brown, Susan Neilson, and Celia Ross

VISITORS = Visitors: Marianne Bobich and Chris Brown

OBJECTIVES = Defining how we will try and fulfill our charge as a new committee over the next two years.

SUMMARY = (summarize discussions, decision reached, follow-up action decided)  We discussed how our institutions are marketing reference and what types of outreach programs are in place.  As a new committee, our official term didn't start until after this Annual meeting.  Thus,  the only decision we made was to keep in touch with each other via email and set up other ways for the group to communicate.  We discussed setting up a blog with rss feed.  After the meeting, we found out about the ALA Online Communities and decided that we would wait and use this since it sounds much more useful overall than just a blog.
