OBJECTIVES = Continue fine-tuning of Guidelines for Measuring and Assessing Reference Services, especially the assessment piece; discuss
future topics.
SUMMARY = (Continued fine-tuning of Guidelines for Measuring and Assessing Reference Services, especially the assessment piece; discussed future topics including print v. online and evaluative tools, users perspective, and assessment.
EVALUATION = productive meeting with agenda items accomplished.
PROBLEMS = Meeting in too small of a space on Saturday during all committee meeting
RECOMMENDATIONS = Discontinue practice of all meeting ins same room unless the room is as big as a ballroom. Then, have rectangular tables so that larger committees can get together and hear each other.
