OBJECTIVES = Revise Guidelines for Coopertive Reference Service Policy Manuals.
Plan program for 2006 ALA Annual Conference in New Orleans, LA.

SUMMARY = The committee discussed the evaluation results of its program held at Annual in Chicago.  The results will be shared with the panelists from the program. Joe Thompson updated the committee on program plans for Annual.  The program is being co-sponsored with RSS/MARS Virtual Reference Committee.  Committee discussed ideas to finalize the program, "Abuse is in the Eye of the Beholder: Managing Challenging Users in Chat Virtual Reference.  The committee also brainstormed ideas for a program for the 2007 Annual in Washington, D.C.  The RUSA Standards and Guidelines Committee will provide CRS with feedback on the revisions submitted before midwinter during its meeting on 1/22/06.

EVALUATION = The committee has done an excellent job of accomplishing its objectives.
