6. Archiving BRASS Documents
BRASS Executive Committee requests that older BRASS committee materials be located in one place to allow easier access to these materials and to maintain an historical record of BRASS activities. Currently this location is the ALA Communities site (communities.ala.org).
Committees should create an organized folder structure in their section on ALA Communities that contains all minutes, reports, and final documents produced by the committee. Discussion and correspondence does not need to be archived unless it would be useful for future members of the committee.
