1) Please briefly describe the main features currently under development for your industry products and why these are important for the library market.
2) Please briefly describe the research teams involved in the industry analyses, and those involved in product development. Also describe the relationship between these different contributors to the product's development and how they receive input or feedback from customers.
3) Please outline the basic approach used for the industry analyses and, in general, the range of credible resources used or specialist analysis tools employed.
4) Please describe your interactions, if any, with industry leaders, industry organizations or private research organizations.
5) What is particularly noteworthy about your product, especially for the public library or academic library audiences?


1) Please briefly describe the main features currently under development for your industry products and why these are important for the library market.

U.S. Business Reporter ( http://www.usbrn.com) is currently developing different product versions that focus on more in-depth business and industry topics. Different versions include a standard, small business, professional, and enterprise versions. Each version will have features that are tailored to a specific user needs. This product segmentation (or versioning) system allows libraries to select the most appropriate product tailored to the types of patrons that use library facilities.

2) Please briefly describe the research teams involved in the industry analyses, and those involved in product development. Also describe the relationship between these different contributors to the product's development and how they receive input or feedback from customers.

Research associates have business expertise across a wide range of industries and business disciplines. Product development attempts to identify and configure new functional features on the site.

U.S. Business Reporter uses a great deal of feedback by e-mail from users with adding new sections, features, and site functionality (i.e. search features, links etc.) This assists the product development group in determining new needs to serve varying customer interests.

3) Please outline the basic approach used for the industry analyses and, in general, the range of credible resources used or specialist analysis tools employed.

The basic approach of our industry analysis is to develop a complete perspective of an industry’s past, current, and future prospects. Through this approach, we analyze the market, product, regulatory issues (if any), and financial data analysis of key industry participants. U.S. Business Reporter uses secondary resources from market research companies, government resources, and some industry trade associations.

4) Please describe your interactions, if any, with industry leaders, industry organizations or private research organizations.

U.S. Business Reporter interacts with a some industry trade associations for data collection and forecasting purposes.

5) What is particularly noteworthy about your product, especially for the public library or academic library audiences?

The U.S. Business Reporter is an electronic business reference resource which is continuously updated throughout the year. U.S. Business Reporter offers a completely integrated turnkey business reference solution that merges different areas of business together which saves users countless research time and effort.
