To plan and produce the Section's annual Conference program.
- To choose a program theme, subject to the approval of the Executive Committee.
- To determine the content, format, and speakers for the program.
- To provide cost estimates and budget for the program.
- To work in concert with the Division and Association staff on all matters relating to the program.

There shall be at least seven (7) members appointed by the BRASS Vice-Chair/Chair-Elect. The Committee chair needs to have had RUSA or BRASS program planning experience.
