LibQUAL+ uses a rigorously tested Web-based survey bundled with training to help libraries solicit, track, understand and act upon users' opinions of service quality. LIBQUAL+ enables systematic assessment and measurement of library service quality, over time and across institutions.
Academic Library Survey 1996-2012 in CSV | XLS | SAS | FLAT FILE formats
National statistics on academic libraries, compiled by the U.S. National Center for Education Statistics (NCES). NCES collected data biennially from about 3,700 degree-granting postsecondary institutions in order to provide an overview of academic libraries nationwide and by state. The data collection has been relocated to the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) yearly collection; data sets from 1996-2012 are available for use.
