Patron Technology Training in U.S. Public Libraries

Public libraries are a learning center for people who need training on how to use computers and navigate the Internet. This training is increasingly essential to gain or upgrade computer knowledge for new employment opportunities. Nationally, 87% of public libraries provide technology training to library patrons.
