PLA Service Response Workbook: Visit a Comfortable Place: Physical and Virtual Spaces

Residents will have safe and welcoming physical places to meet and interact with others or to sit quietly and read and will have open and accessible virtual spaces that support social networking.

Is providing a Comfortable Space to Visit a service priority in your library now? Do you think it may become a service priority in the future? What types of services and programs might you provide to support this priority? In this PLA Service Response Workbook you will find tools to assess your current services in this area and to identify what would be required to expand those services.
