Children from birth to age five will have programs and services designed to ensure that they will enter school ready to learn to read, write, and listen.
Is helping parents and caregivers in your community to Create Young Readers a service priority in your library now? Do you think it may become a service priority in the future? What types of services and programs might you provide to support this priority?
