Congratulations to Our Winners!
In the spring of 2017 PLA held its inaugural National Library Legislative Day Video Contest. Participants were invited to create a 60-second video featuring clips of their patrons and trustees talking about the importance of library funding, access to information and research, and/or privacy.
First place went to the Gail Borden Public Library (Elgin, Ill.):
Second place went to Deschutes Public Library (Bend, Ore.):
And an honorable mention went to Skokie (Ill.) Public Library:
