Learn from speakers who have been immersed in a year-long IMLS National Leader Planning Grant, which has involved teaching students about human centered service design and exploring libraries and farms in field trips, and hear how this innovative project engaged teens along with community partners.

Who Should Attend
This on-demand webinar is open to everyone interested in exploring issues around teen services, community partnerships, and STEM programming. It will be particularly relevant to staff at small or rural public libraries, or those with an interest in agriculture and/or sustainability.
Roberta Phillips is the director of planning and projects for the Richland Library, Columbia, SC. She has been working on the Bond Referendum Capital Program that includes the building of two new libraries and the renovation of nine existing facilities. In addition, Roberta coordinates special projects, grant projects and stays busy connecting the dots in the library and in the community.
Sallie Hambright-Belue is assistant professor for Clemson (SC) University's College of Architecture, Arts and Humanities. She is a licensed architect and teacher with a focus on the intersection of architecture and agriculture. In addition, her and her husband own and operate Thicketty Mountain Farms in Cowpens, SC.
Constantina Green leads staff and students in the STEM curriculum at Lower Richland High School, Hopkins, SC. In addition to her teaching duties she is the department chair for EngenuitySC and a liaison for Transform SC.
