Project Outcome Workshop: Simple Tools to Measure Our True Impact on the People We Serve

This FREE full-day, in-person workshop will teach participants how to use PLA's Project Outcome to deploy outcome measures in their library, collect and use resulting data, and leverage the project's support network to ensure successful adoption. Participants will be a part of a cohort of public libraries interested in implementing Project Outcome to drive change, influence decision making, and demonstrate the true impact of their library's programs and services on the community.
Lunch will be provided by PLA.
Who Should Attend
This preconference will be most beneficial to public library staff, but is open to state library staff and others interested in outcome measurement.
How to Apply
This full-day preconference is free, but registration is required and by application only. Space is limited. This preconference will accept a maximum of two registrants per library. A single registration may include up to two applicants.
By registering, your library is agreeing to participate in Project Outcome by implementing surveys and accessing online tools and resources.
The application deadline is 11:59 PM Pacific, May 19, 2017 (or until space is no longer available). Applicants will be notified of their acceptance after May 19.
