Join the Spectrum Leadership Circle

Thank you for your support of Spectrum, an initiative that has provided over 800 students with a $6500 scholarship and personalized support to help them succeed in the library and information science profession. I invite you to renew your commitment as we prepare to select a new cohort of Spectrum Scholars for 2014-2015.

Spectrum Scholars receive leadership training to manage today’s changing libraries. This blueprint of success built on community has been in place since 1997, and the peer network of scholars grows every year thanks to your support. With your gift scholars also receive unique professional opportunities such as participation in the Spectrum Leadership Institute, group mentoring by Spectrum Alumni, cultivated networking within ALA, and trainings on trends impacting the profession.

As we celebrate the successful Spectrum Presidential $1.23 million Campaign and set new fundraising goals for the future, the Spectrum Leadership Circle recognizes the generosity of individual donors who make annual gifts of $500 or more and organizations that contribute $1000 or more.
