   Housing Information

Conference goers will be pleased by the selection of the Dallas Adam's Mark Hotel as the headquarters hotel for the JCLC 2006. The Adam's Mark was chosen as the conference hotel because of its self-contained conference program/meeting, event and exhibit center, its 1,842 deluxe guest rooms capacity, its guest and room amenities, and its location in the heart of the downtown Arts and Financial district at a DART light rail stop. The hotel management and staff are gracious, welcoming hosts and will serve you with a friendly and professional customer-service orientation. The Adam's Mark is 15 minutes from Love Field Airport and 25 minutes from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.

Housing is now open at http://www.adamsmark.com/JCLC2006.

JCLC participants are strongly encouraged to request rooms in the Adam's Mark Dallas Hotel exclusively. Here's why:

  • An affordable room rate has been negotiated, the best rooms at the best rates, in order for conference participants to stay at the hotel to visit, network and relax before, during and after conference sessions. There is a large inventory of guest rooms reserved just for JCLC participants.
  • We want to enhance the JCLC experience for colleagues and new/old acquaintances and provide a social, inclusive atmosphere within the hotel; the conference center and exhibit hall is connected to the hotel and many of the program/meeting rooms are in the hotel for your convenience.
  • By making reservations at the Adam's Mark through the JCLC Housing Bureau, you are assured of being counted and increasing the proven value of the JCLC's business (program and meeting rooms and the exhibit hall are provided to the JCLC according to the number of guest rooms that are booked).
  • As incentives, a discount coupon booklet for Dallas restaurants and shops will be provided to those who stay in the Adam's Mark Dallas Hotel, and there will be a raffle for a free room (for up to four nights) at the Adam's Mark for the conference goers (excluding exhibitors) who are registered at the hotel.
  • Proximity to the West End Historic District shops and restaurants, Deep Ellum entertainment area, Uptown boutiques, clubs and restaurants, and the Victory sports area.
  • Within walking distance of the Dallas Museum of Art, Nasher Sculpture Garden, T. and M. Crow Collection of Asian Art, Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center and the Majestic Theater.
  • Check out the Adam's Mark Dallas Web site www.adamsmark.com/dallas to view rooms, amenities, restaurant menus, download brochures and maps, visit area attractions, etc.
