Alexandra Janvey recently ​started a new position as Library Assistant in the Digital Initiatives and Art Image Library at Long Island University. Alexandra's article “Learning about music on the Web: Online Resources” was published in the “Internet Resources” column of College & Research Libraries News, Vol. 74, No. 7, 370-373.

Mandi Goodsett recently accepted a position as Reference Librarian/Government Documents Coordinator at Georgia Southwestern State University in Americus, GA.

Kelly Quaye was recently appointed to the position of Acquisitions Assistant at Biddle Law Library, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. Kelly is actively involved with NMRT and has served on the Association Options Committee, the Footnotes Committee, and the Midwinter Social Committee.

Laura Wilson co-presented at the ALA Virtual conference in July, along with her colleague Carolyn Schwartz. The title of our presentation was, “Appropriate Noise: How Loud Programming Can Positively Transform Your Library.”

Kara Krekeler accepted a position as Science & Technology Librarian at the St. Louis Public Library. She received my MLS in August from the University of Missouri. She also led a breakout session and a poster session at the Missouri Library Association conference, held Oct. 2-4 in St. Louis.

Ariana Santiago started a new position as the Undergraduate Services Resident Librarian at the University of Iowa. She was awarded a scholarship from the Iowa Chapter of ACRL to attend the Iowa Library Association Fall Conference.
