Learning Round Table offers Annual preconference on creating effective videos and screencasts

CHICAGO Do you want to harness the power of video for achieving learning objectives? The Learning Round Table is proud to present a practical learning experience that will enrich your trip to the 2014 Annual Conference.  During this boot camp, facilitator Royce Kitts of Washburn University will guide you through the process of creating effective video learning content. He will lead you from the “why are we making this” stage to the “this is how you make it” stage.

AASL highlights persuasion and project-based learning during ALA14 preconferences

AASL seeks proposals for ALA 2015 Annual Conference programs

CHICAGO – The American Association of School Librarians (AASL) invites proposals for programs to be presented during the 2015 American Library Association (ALA) Annual Conference. The conference will be held June 25-30 in San Francisco. The deadline for preconference submissions is 11:59 p.m. CDT on Thursday, May 29, 2014.
