CHICAGO - Adam Szczepaniak, Jr., Deputy State Librarian & Director at New Jersey State Library - Talking Book & Braille Center elected President for 2018-19 for the Association of Specialized and Cooperative Library Agencies (ASCLA) division of the American Library Association (ALA).
Over his 20 years as an ALA member, Szczepaniak has been involved with ASCLA's Accessibility Assembly, Nominating Committee and Planning and Budget Committee among other involvement.

Members are encouraged to nominate their colleagues and peers to recognize exceptional library professionals that make a difference in improving the lives of the people they serve. The awards below will be presented at the ALA Annual Conference in Chicago, June 22-27, 2017.
