This webinar, presented in a Q&A format, will feature a panel of academic and public librarians of all management levels sharing their expertise while answering your questions.

- understand the unique challenges of being a new manager;
- feel more comfortable in their roles as new managers;
- understand strategies for successfully handling difficult employees;
- have contact information for several managers they can ask follow-up questions of.
