CHICAGO - The American Library Association (ALA) Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Round Table (GLBTRT) is seeking nominations for its second-annual Political Activism Award.

The award consists of a citation and a $1,000 monetary award. The winner will be announced during the ALA 2017 ALA Midwinter Meeting and will be presented at the Stonewall Book Awards Program on Monday, June 26 during the ALA Annual Conference in Chicago.
