United for Libraries to host President’s Program with John Hart at ALA Annual Conference

BRYN MAWR, Pennsylvania — United for Libraries President Ed McBride will host the President’s Program featuring bestselling author John Hart from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 25 at the ALA Annual Conference in Orlando.
Hart will be interviewed on stage by Barbara Hoffert, editor of Library Journal’s Prepub Alert. He is the author of four New York Times bestsellers, “The King of Lies,” “Down River,” “The Last Child” and “Iron House.” The only author in history to win the best novel Edgar® Award for consecutive novels, Hart has also won the Barry Award and England's Steel Dagger Award for best thriller of the year. His books have been translated into 29 languages and can be found in more than 50 countries. Hart's latest book is “Redemption Road.”
The program will be held at the Orange County Convention Center, S330 E-F. This program is sponsored by Macmillan. The author will sign books following the program (books subject to availability).
