CHICAGO — Summer reading programs are in full swing across the country—just in time for library staff to appreciate the helpful evaluation materials in "The Complete Summer Reading Program Manual: From Planning to Evaluation," a new book available in the ALA Store from the Young Adult Library Services Association (YALSA), a division of the American Library Association.
