CHICAGO — So much thought-provoking professional development, so many stimulating events, so much good networking—it’s sometimes hard to remember to breathe at ALA Annual Conference. Attendees can fix that at this year’s conference by joining in ALA’s Think Fit  Yoga program before the morning’s meetings and conference rush at 7 a.m. on Sunday, June 24.

Certified instructors will guide participants through the 60-minute session that includes strength building, a body-balancing workout and a quick cool down on the beautiful California Terrace of the Anaheim Convention Center. Registered “yogi’s” will enjoy an event giveaway, day of beverages and refreshment/protein bar.

To register, visit the ‘ticketed events’ section of your ALA Annual Conference registration page and sign up ($15 fee). Please contact Lindsay Rosales, Conference Coordinator at lrosales@ala.org with any questions.

This event is made possible by ALA Annual Conference Silver Sponsor, Innovative Interfaces and by the event instructors from The Yoga Stone.

Think Fit @ ALA promotes sessions, programs and events following its healthy, well-being initiative, including both personal health and environmental awareness. Look for the Think Fit @ ALA icon throughout the ALA Annual Conference website and program.
