CHICAGO – Missed online advance registration for Bookmobile Sunday during ALA’s Annual Conference? Registration will be available at the door beginning at 10:15 a.m. at room 207A/B at the Washington Convention Center.
Themed “Bookmobiles: Delivering Outstanding Library Services,” this year’s Bookmobile Sunday will be held from 10:30 to 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 27 in Room 207A/B of the Washington Convention Center. The program offers moderated discussions on advocacy, eco-friendly vehicles and fuels, mobile service options, bookmobiles 101 and marketing, in addition to featured author presentations by W. Ralph Eubanks and Andrew Smith. An author book signing and Parade of Bookmobiles, where attendees can board and explore a comprehensive range of bookmobiles, conclude the event.
