“We are excited to receive this accolade,” said ALSC President Jamie Campbell Naidoo. “ALSC’s members work diligently as peer reviewers, contributing authors, and advisory committee members, along with Editor Sharon Verbeten, to bring relevant, timely research and practitioner-based articles to those serving children in libraries. This Apex affirms our members’ remarkable efforts.”
“Children and Libraries,” published quarterly by ALSC, provides continuing education for librarians working with and on behalf of children. It presents current scholarly research and practice in library service to children, interviews with authors and illustrators of children’s literature and other news from the field.
