CHICAGO—ALA Publishing eLearning Solutions announces a new session of our popular workshop, Building Great Programs for Patrons in their 20s and 30s with Katie LaMantia and Emily Vinci. This workshop will last 90 minutes and take place at 2:30pm Eastern/1:30 Central/12:30 Mountain/11:30am Pacific on Thursday, May 31, 2018.

To plan for your library’s present and future, it’s essential to target patrons in their 20s and 30s. In this workshop, Katie LaMantia and Emily Vinci will present strategies and resources for reaching the 20s and 30s demographic. Using the insight they’ve gained throughout their careers, they’ll also share ideas and examples of effective programs and marketing approaches.
